A few days ago I received notice from the Office of the Information and Privacy Commission of BC, stating that a mediator had been appointed to facilitate the issue in this case. This was sent some 111 days after my submission in the matter involving the redaction of public records was accepted (See the original OIPCBC document which was posted on this blog on August 4, 2014.
The response which was prepared on Nov. 24 and recently received can be seen by clicking on the following document:
As of this date I have not yet been contacted by the appointed mediator. I will keep you updated as the matter progresses.

Ho, Ho, Ho, if letters to Santa took that long we would have to cancel Christmas.
Small subdivisions( densification) take longer to process; up to a year.
