Danielle Bell’s article, “Storm cleanup may cost city $5000” caught my attention when it struck me that $5000 is about the same amount that we are paying Jerry Berry each and every week for two years not to work for us. Now there is a story. What was the storm?

Do not despair.Rumours abound that Mr.Berry will drop by the city and put in a weeks work of cleaning up the storm debris at no extra charge.Oh I forgot.The CUPE contract with the City very likely doesn’t allow that.Stupid me.
